These activities and how we engage in them have a tremendous impact on our mind, body, and spirit. Life, trauma, heartbreak, illness, or dysregulation can easily interrupt these occupations and create a sense of suffering or unease.

As an Occupational Therapist, I help you navigate the world of wellness to find Self-Care occupations that actually work for you. This is Self-Care Therapy, focused on how you care for yourself, calm your anxieties, regulate your emotions, know yourself, and most importantly: find joy in your occupations.
